Green Cycle Housing, LLC (GCH) is a design-build steel modular housing systems manufacturer and builder. Our mission is to provide affordable housing using recycled steel that meets LEEDs standards.

Our flagship product offers strength and durability that can withstand Level 4 hurricane forces. With a floor strength of 206 pounds per square foot, this hurricane-resistant housing and its structural integrity will not be compromised by termites.
Our products are also designed to be easy to transport over conventional rail, road and shipping routes. Due to the consistent exact sizing of each steel module, our products are not limited by the highway restrictions that most modular housing units must contend with. As a result, our customers spend less money on shipping and enjoy faster delivery times compared with conventional alternatives.
Who We Build For
GCH targets applications for low, middle and high end housing. We also focus on emergency relief housing, government, and municipal housing projects. We cover the gamut in terms of architectural designs from classic colonial pitched roofs with clapboard exteriors to flat roofs with modern facades.
